The British Knight, an all-new contemporary romance by Louise Bay is LIVE!!!

The British Knight by Louise Bay
Release Date: December 5th
Genre: Contemporary Romance

When I’m offered the chance to leave New York to live in London for three months, I can’t pack my suitcase fast enough.

As soon as I touch down I’m obsessing over red telephone boxes, palaces and all the black cabs.

But my favorite place is the tube. It’s wall-to-wall hot British men in suits.

When I’m offered a temporary job working for a barrister, I say, sign me up.

On my first commute into work, it’s a total accident when I lose my balance and fall against the most handsome Brit alive. He’s as charming as James Bond and as suave as Mr. Darcy. I want to lick tea from his hard abs and listen to his accent all night long.

Turns out Mr. Handsome is my new boss. And his attitude isn’t as hot as his gorgeous face, broad shoulders and tight ass. He’s brooding, short-tempered and the most arrogant man I’ve ever met.

As we’re fighting, out of nowhere he kisses me. And I’m pretty sure I see fireworks over Big Ben and hear God Save the Queen.

I wasn’t looking for the fairytale but I might have found my knight in shining armor. The problem is he lives an ocean away.

REVIEW:

SUMMARY:
Violet King is in need of a change. Four years ago, she was betrayed by her college boyfriend, David and all her future dreams went up in smoke. Together they were working toward a startup business and now with that gone, she is left without a boyfriend and essentially without a career. Feeling adrift in her life, she has settled for waitressing positions because she wants nothing to do with her degree thanks to the fallout with David. She has also learned to live with zero expectations from men, which means no attachments or strings. She strictly lives week by week and in the moment. Living a life in the moment has leant wonderfully to her carefree persona that she shows to everyone. “Men and cocktails were two of my favorite things to waste time on, and I made sure my day always had plenty of either one or the other.” -Violet. But too soon, that lifestyle was proving to lose luster and she felt like she was missing a part of herself. “I’d worked hard not to repeat the same mistakes I’d made with David and my business by not getting emotionally invested in anything, but something was missing.” -Violet. Now, Violet’s found herself jobless, with her rent up soon, so when she is given an opportunity that seems too good to pass up, she decides to live in the moment yet again. Her friend, Darcy has offered her to stay in London at her place for a while until she feels more grounded and “reinvented”. “Once I’d been the girl who was ready to take on the world. I wanted that girl back.” -Violet. It was time for a change.

Alexander Knightley doesn’t do distractions. He’s a man who is driven by his job and that job alone. He always puts work first. His past relationships and failed marriage are proof of that. He strives to be the top barrista in London and he’s on the fast pace to do just that, but when his new assistant arrives, his one-track mind gets clouded.“Women rarely caught my attention, but she was not only beautiful. There was something exotic about her, something that made me want to know more.” -Alexander.

In the three months that Violet is in London, she is proving quickly to breakdown Alexander’s usual surely, antisocial, gruffy demeanor and slowly making Alexander look at life in moments verses the next big case or the next big work success. “Nothing ever broke my concentration, but Miss King had found a way.” -Alexander. Violet came for a change, but Alexander is finding himself changing as well. Alexander is helping Violet rediscover herself and helping her realize just who she is and what she wants out of life. The “this is only temporary” proves to be harder to maintain as the weeks go by and the walls gradually come down. Alexander fears he will not be able to give Violet what she truly needs from a man. He worries he’ll once again choose work over a woman. But Violet isn’t like any other woman and she just might be the one to pull him away from work. Violet is scared to get hurt again. She knows what the score is between her and Alexander, but that doesn’t stop her from starting to fall. Can she really walk away at the end of her time in London? Or can they have a future together? Can Alexander prove that their relationship is worth the risk?

THOUGHTS:
“He is my Knightley in shining armor and our fairytale was as real as it got.”

I want to start by saying that what I adore about Louise’s novels, is they always speak to my romance loving heart and THE BRITISH KNIGHT did just that! Alexander and Violet were perfect for each other in the end. Ever since reading KING OF WALL STREET, I’ve been patiently waiting for Violet’s story because I was intrigued by her character and I wanted to know about her HEA! So I am so giddy to finally be able to have it! Violet King was exactly how I’d imagined her to be…a carefree spirit that seized the day, very independent and a woman who holds her own. To see that she found her counterpart in Alexander was perfect and realistic. He pulled out the hidden Violet that’d been lying dormant for years. Unfortunately for me (this is where the 4 stars comes in), Alexander kind of fell flat. I was intrigued by him in the beginning, but he slowly lost appeal. *sad face* He really did seem selfish at times and frustrated me! I needed him to work harder for Violet, FIGHT FOR HER sooner. He seemed to realize more quickly than she did that he was falling, but he wasn’t really proving it to her, at least not to me, so I was missing out on some #swoonworthy moments that I feel could’ve been in there. But then around 85%, I started falling for him again! He was stepping up and proving that he wanted Violet beyond their “temporary” status. *happy dance* I just wish he did it sooner.

In the end, I was happy with their HEA. I adored the interactions between Alexander and Violet. I loved the “office romance” angle and the bicker between them throughout the novel. Getting dual POV’s helped with understanding where each character was coming from and their backgrounds. This story is very realistic and I’m sure there are some readers out there who can relate to both characters. If you’re looking for a slow-building, sexy and fun novel about two characters finding themselves and love along the way, then this is the novel for you. Now, I am patiently waiting for Louise to announce a book for Darcy! She needs her HEA too! That poor woman has given up on it! *crossing fingers* THE BRITISH KNIGHT is a connected standalone, to other novels of Louise Bay’s (KING OF WALL STREET, PARK AVENUE PRINCE, and DUKE OF MANHATTAN, but it can be read as a standalone.

REVIEW

WICKED ENVY starts out focusing on a relationship outside of the Wicked Horse Club. A strongly bonded relationship that has been founded on 17 years of friendship. Dane, Andrew and Avril have been best friends since college and now they are business partners in a multi-million dollar biotech company called Caterva. The three of them are each other’s confidants and sound boards, so after Avril has a bad break up with her longtime boyfriend who does she lean on other than her two best friends? Dane is a member of The Wicked Horse exclusive club and after Avril overhears Dane trying to convince Andrew in coming to visit the club, she decides now is no better time than now to give it a try herself.
“It’s hedonism without guilt. It’s unshackling yourself from inhibition. It’s about truly discovering exactly who you are, and, more importantly, you’ll come out liking what you find out. When you let go like that, all of your troubles will just seem to melt away.” –Dane.
She is feeling lost and uncertain about who she is, other than a successful business woman, so she wants to see if the Wicked Horse can enlighten her and show her who she truly is. But of course, Dane and Andrew have reservations about this. Both men are very protective of her and they are concerned she is going off emotion and seeking out something that she shouldn’t, but deep down, their worst fear is that she’ll find enjoyment in it and that they too will delight in her seeking this form of pleasure out, which could mess with their very stable friendship. Because nothing good can come from two male best friends (and business partners) finding their female best friend (and business partner) arousing. This has disaster written all over it. But soon all three friends realize that the Wicked Horse has awakened this desire within them and stirred this yearning, that leads to them quickly crossing over that line of no return. They all go into it with the mentality of “what happens at the Wicked Horse, stays at the Wicked Horse” and that it is temporary and only about sharing this erotic experience together. None of them are looking for a relationship and are positive that they can maintain their friendship even after this “relationship” ends. But how will they be able to have their friendship go back to the way it was when the heart comes in to play? Can they continue to compartmentalize and differentiate their s*xual relationship verses their working relationship?

Sizzling hot!!! And boundary pushing! *fans self* Just when I think that Sawyer Bennett can’t push the envelope anymore, she brings us another titillating and completely stimulating story. *wink* WICKED ENVY is book 3 in the Wicked Horse Vegas series and can be read as a standalone. This WICKED HORSE was slightly different than the others in the series that I’ve read, which is a good thing because then it stands out in comparison to the other books. Andrew, Dane and Avril have a very strong friendship that is built on a very resilient foundation. If there was any 3 fictional characters to be able to venture into the mΓ©nage world, it was these three. Yes, it had RISK written all over it, but in the end it was worth it because I feel they all actually came out better and happier. WICKED ENVY was not only about the kink that goes on at the club, but it was about self-realization, self-discovery, soul-searching and most importantly, love. I wouldn’t necessarily call this a “love triangle” per say, for me, it was always going to be Avril and …. (I won’t say who because I don’t want to spoil it), but I truly hope that that the one man left out in the end, will find his HEA. Maybe Sawyer will give us his story one day. *fingers crossed*If you liked the other novels in this series, then I know you will enjoy this one. If you are new to this series, this book will definitely open your eyes to the Wicked Horse world and I doubt you will look back. *wink*

Release Blitz & Review: CUFFED by K.Bromberg

CUFFED is now AVAILABLE!
By: K.Bromberg
Release Day – Oct 23
Standalone

From the New York Times bestselling author, K. Bromberg, comes a new series about three brothers, the job that calls them, and the women who challenge them.

“I hate you. I never want to see you again.”

Grant Malone is not the reason I moved back to Sunnyville—at least that’s what I tell myself. Yet, those parting words I said to him back in third grade, ring in my ears every time a townsperson brings up one of the Malone boys. I thought time had healed my wounds. I was wrong. Nothing could have prepared me for how I felt when I finally saw him again.

Twenty years does a lot to turn a boy into a man. One who hits all my buttons—sexy, funny, attractive, and a police officer. But Grant is off limits because he knows too much about my past.

But I’m drawn to him. That damn uniform of his doesn’t hurt either. It’ll be my downfall. I know it.

What’s one night of sex going to hurt . . . right?

***

I’ve always loved Emmy Reeves.

That’s why I’m shocked to see her all these years later. The shy girl I once knew is all grown up.

Adventurous and full of life, she owns my heart now, just as much as she did back then. Convincing her of that is a whole different story.

I’ll give her the one night she asks for—like that’s a hardship—but when it comes to letting her walk away

after, she has another thing coming. There’s no way in hell I’m letting her go this time without a fight.

REVIEW:

I rarely know what to expect when going into a K.Bromberg novel, but over time, I have come to know without a doubt, that I WILL get a novel packed full with passion, love, and meaning. CUFFED had that and then some! Kristy truly knows how to write a remarkable romance!

At 8 years old, Emerson “Emmy” and Grant “Phony Maloney” make a pinky promise. “You have to pinky promise, Grant Malone, that if I tell you this secret, you won’t tell another person, ever, ever, ever. If you do, I’ll never be your friend again. Cross your heart and hope to die.” –Emmy. Emmy confides in Grant because he’s her best friend, neighbor and the only she trusts. She can no longer hold in her painful secret. Well some secrets can’t be kept, especially when that secret could hurt someone. Grant breaks his pinky promise to Emmy. “I hate you. I never want to see you again.” –Emmy. Those are the last words he hears before she leaves his life for good. Fast forward 20 years, Grant is a police officer. He hasn’t seen, nor heard from Emmy since that day, and now fate has them bumping into each other while he’s on duty. Grant has not forgotten his childhood friend and has always wondered what became of her. Emmy clearly has not forgotten Grant either, or the secret he never kept. Emmy’s always been in the back of Grant’s mind, but now that she’s standing right in front of him, he can’t deny his ever present curiosity with her and also, the obvious attraction between them. Now that Emerson is living back in his hometown, Grant is determined to get back the relationship they once had. He realizes real quickly though that Emmy isn’t who she used to be and is very guarded. Grant is determined to break down her walls and get her to open up to him and get her to face her past. He’s going to prove to her she’s beautiful on the inside AS WELL the outside. But of course, Emerson isn’t going to give in that easily, that’s not the type of woman she is. What with the past like hers, opening up and feeling is nearly impossible for her to do. As much as Grant pushes, she’s going to pull away just as hard.
“Did you really think I was going to let you go without a fight? I’ve lost you once before, Em. You’re out of your mind if you think I’m going to let it happen again?” –Grant.
This is quite an emotional and powerful start to Kristy’s EVERYDAY HEROES series! It is, in a sense, a “second-chance” romance, along with a story line that centers on “friends to lovers”, but I have to say, it is SO MUCH more than just those 2 categories. CUFFED is packed full of raw feeling, real personal obstacles, consuming passion, and undeniable love. Grant and Emmy’s story was completely unique in its entirety. Their story took me on a tender and moving journey that I did not expect. I applaud Kristy for breaching this topic in a novel and doing, what I think, was a phenomenal job of expressing what would be going through someone’s mind while enduring what Emmy did. I can imagine that Emmy's character has the potential to resonate with readers/fans all around the world. Her strength and sense of hopelessness made her relatable and awe inspiring. She was such a resilient character that had me feeling her pain and hopes right along with her. I wanted Grant to show her the beauty in herself and he did just that! #HeadUpWingsOut

This novel was about overcoming your past and learning to cope. No matter the scars of the past, you are beautiful inside AND out. CUFFED made me believe in forgiveness and allowing yourself the help of others. Sometimes you do need a hero to save you. This novel also has PLENTY of swoon moments! #OfficerSexy. You will fall in love with Grant, right along with Emmy, I know I did. All I have to say is, don’t judge a book by its cover because there is SO MUCH MORE than sexy abs in here (but don’t worry, there are plenty of abs as well *wink*). A MUST read! Now, I’m anxious to see where Kristy takes the next 2 Malone men’s stories. Grant’s brothers (Grady and Grayson) will be getting spinoff novels next. All 3 stories are standalones, but should be read in order.

5 stars!

Review: SOMETHING IN THE WAY series by Jessica Hawkins

BOOK 1: SOMETHING IN THE WAY
PURCHASE LINKS

BLURB:

An epic, three-book saga of forbidden love coming 2017.

It was a hot summer day when I met him on the construction site next to my parents’ house. Under the sweat and dirt, Manning Sutter was as handsome as the sun was bright. He was older, darker, experienced. I wore a smiley-face t-shirt and had never even been kissed. Yet we saw something in each other that would link us in ways that couldn’t be broken...no matter how hard we tried.

I loved Manning before I knew the meaning of the word. I was too young, he said. I would wait. Through all the carefully-chosen words hiding what we knew to be true, through his struggle to keep me innocent, and through infinitely-starry nights—I would wait. But I’d learn that life isn’t always fair. That no matter how much you achieve, none of it matters if you suffer the heartbreak that comes with falling for someone you can never have. Because even though I saw Manning first, that didn’t matter. My older sister saw him next.

REVIEW

This is the type of book (trilogy) that I want to tell everyone about, but at the same time I want to keep it my little secret. I have been keeping an eye on this series since the moment I read the blurb. I knew I HAD to read it, but knowing it was going to be a three book series, I held off until closer to the release of the third and final book, MOVE THE STARS (out October 23, 2017). And after finishing book 1, SOMETHING IN THE WAY in mere days, I am glad I waited because if I had to wait more than a month for the final book, I might not survive. This book had me in an emotional rollercoaster. I was mentally brought back to my youth remembering what it was like to have my first crush/love. All the hormones and feelings running rampant within me back then. If we could bottle up and sell that feeling, this book would be it. All the goodness and naivetΓ©s that comes with youth and growing up is what this book is about. In its simplest form, this book captured innocence to a T.

SOMETHING IN THE WAY was my very first Jessica Hawkins novel and I AM HOOKED, line and sinker. Jessica shot for the stars with this story and she made it. Manning and Lake’s story is emotional and compelling from beginning to end. It is a powerful love story that has the reader rooting from the beginning for this unlikely relationship. These two are truly destined to be together…just not now. This novel was forbidden at its finest. Their relationship was unattainable, but yet impossible to resist. This was a story about meeting “the one” too soon. It was about overcoming fears and learning how strong you are in doing so. It was about figuring out what YOU want in life, not what others want FOR you. It’s about growing up, but yet preserving your innocence. It was about finding your light.

I do want to say one thing…the blurb implies that this could be a love-triangle, but I never once felt it could be labeled that. It is hard to explain without giving spoilers, but YES, there is three people “involved” in this story, but not in that way. The method in which Jessica Hawkins writes this story is absolutely exceptional and I never once wondered WHO was going to end up with who. “He couldn’t tell me we’d be together one day, but he had to know the truth. You can’t move the stars. Manning and I were inevitable.” –Lake.

I would recommend this book to all angst-romance lovers! This story will have you bursting with emotions and grips you from beginning to end! I am planning to dive right into book 2, SOMEBODY ELSE’S SKY now!!

**Note: This DOES end on a cliffhanger

BLURB:

If I closed my eyes, I could still see them—all blonde sunshine, ocean-blue eyes, and long limbs. The glint of Lake’s gold bracelet. Pink cotton candy on Tiffany’s tongue. My scenery may have changed from heaven to hell, but some things never would: my struggle to do right by both sisters. To let Lake soar. To lift Tiffany up. The sacrifices I made for them, I made willingly.

A better man would’ve walked away by now, but I never claimed to be any good. I only promised myself I’d keep enough distance. If I’d learned one thing from my past, it was that love came in different forms. You could love passionately, hurt deep, die young. Or you could provide the kind of firm, steady support someone else could lean on.

Lake was everything I wanted, and nothing I could ever have. I was nobody before I knew her and a criminal after. The way to love her was to let her shine—even if it would be for somebody else.

Book two in the Something in the Way series.

REVIEW

Jessica Hawkins has officially set the bar for my angst standards! I have spent days trying to come up with the right words to convey how I feel about this book, but plain and simple, I’m emotionally depleted after finishing it. As a seasoned reader, I strive to find novels that can still do this to me. I CRAVE a book that can MOVE me and CONSUME me and this series has done just that. After finishing book 1, SOMETHING IN THE WAY, I knew that my heart would be run through the ringer, but I was NEVER prepared for HOW MUCH. I felt EVERYTHING! Every encounter, every stolen moment. Every thought. Every emotion. EVERY MOMENT, I FELT IT. SOMEBODY ELSE’S SKY was painful to read! (Again, this is a good thing because it meant I was feeling what the characters were feeling). I was brought to tears, I was extremely mad at times and I was also hopeful at times. I was suffering right along with Manning and Lake throughout the whole book. SO MANY emotions went through me while reading and I LOVED every minute of it.

And like I expected, all my hopes and dreams were SHATTERED at the end. The whole book was like offering me the world one minute and snatching it away the next. My heart splintered and broke. Just thinking about this story, brings an ache to my heart. This series is the epitome of loving someone you can’t have. #forbidden. I am positive book 3, MOVE THE STARS will completely obliterate my heart and I am also staying hopeful that it will be mended back together. I NEED Manning and Lake to find their HEA. GAH! Is it October yet???

**Note: This DOES end on a cliffhanger

BLURB:
The highly anticipated conclusion to the Something in the Way series, a forbidden love saga.

Lake
It was a hot summer day when I met him on the construction site next to my parents' house. If I’d known then what I do now, would I have kept on walking? Manning was older, darker, experienced—and I’d trusted him when he said the story would only ever be about us. I’d held those words close and challenged fate, but I had lost.

A part of me is still that sixteen-year-old girl squinting up at Manning, but no matter how far I fall or high I soar, I’ll always be a bird without her bear and nothing without him.

When I close my eyes, I can no longer see her. The decisions I made were to push Lake in the right direction—away from me. But now that she’s gone, would I have made those same choices?

I’d walked away like I was supposed to. I’d kept my distance. I’d bent over backward to keep Lake pure, but she’s no longer that girl, and I don’t know if I can stay away anymore. I only know I don’t want to. She’s still everything I want and nothing I should ever have, but if anyone can move the stars, it’s her great bear in the sky.

REVIEW:

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH MY LIFE NOW??? This is the most extraordinary and unforgettable forbidden love series I have ever read! Jessica Hawkins has officially ruined me and idk if I want to come back from it! #bookhangover. GAH! I’m finding it incredible difficult to formulate the proper words to describe how I feel about this novel and I mean that in the best of ways! This series has taken me (and the characters) through the ringer more times than I can count and I kept coming back for me. #AllTheFeels #Angst “Fix me. Tape my paper heart back together.” –Lake, MOVE THE STARS. That’s how I felt going into this novel. After finishing books 1 and 2, I was GUTTED! An emotional mess of a human being, I NEEDED their HEA and I needed it NOW!! #ThisIsTheirStory I could not fathom a world without these two characters finding their HEA, but at the end of SOMEBODY ELSE’S SKY, I will admit, I feared I wouldn’t get that. “He’d turned down real love because others would judge it. He refused to accept what he deserved unless it was bad.” –Lake, MOVE THE STARS. *tears* But I kept repeating to myself my mantra: #ThisIsTheirStory, and eventually, I knew deep down that they would find the right timing and be together for good. #BearAndBirdy4ever.

I have never more in my life ached for a couple to be together as I did Lake and Manning. I have waited 2 FREAKING NOVELS for them to FINALLY be together! Talk about torture! This final installment was an emotional journey that tour my heart out and mended it back together slightly damaged, but definitely stronger. This story was raw. It was real. It was emotional. It was EVER  LOVING messy! And it was PURE PERFECTION. This story taught me to believe in second chances. If the love is real, it will always find a way! It showed me that love is all about timing. You may find your soulmate, but at the wrong time, don’t lose hope! #LoveIsEnough It showed me that you are not the “sins of your father”. Their mistakes are not yours. But it also taught me that you have to forgive yourself for the mistakes that you have made. It showed me that the decisions we make, can have consequences and affect others in ways we did not intend. I will not be giving a summary because I don’t want to risk spoilers, but just know, that the way in which Jessica Hawkins wrote this story was remarkable and absolutely unforgettable! The characters were one of a kind and one of the most in-depth and detailed characters I have ever read. The angst, drama, pain, anger, HEARTBREAK, joy, LOVE, sorrow, HOPE…ALL of it I could feel! I physically ached when Lake or Manning were hurting and same goes for when they were happy. Jessica did immense justice to these characters and I am incredible happy with how things turned out. #ThisIsJustTheBeginning

This series will forever be cemented into my being and I will carry it with me wherever I go. I will be looking toward the sky from now on at night looking for my Big Bear. #SummerTriagle This was my first books/series by Jessica Hawkins and I WILL be recommending it to everyone and I WILL be reading her backlist because if I can expect this kind of raw emotional response from her stories, then I must read more from her! ASAP!

Synopsis:

DEVIL'S NIGHT is returning! Hiding places, chases, and all the games are back...

BANKS

Buried in the shadows of the city, there’s a hotel called The Pope. Ailing, empty, and dark—it sits abandoned and surrounded by a forgotten mystery.

But you think it’s true, don’t you, Kai Mori? The story about the hidden twelfth floor. The mystery of the dark guest who never checked in and never checks out. You think I can help you find that secret hideaway and get to him, don’t you?

You and your friends can try to scare me. You can try to push me. Because even though I struggle to hide everything I feel when you look at me—and have ever since I was a girl—I think that maybe what you seek is so
much closer than you’ll ever realize.

I will never betray him.

So sit tight.

On Devil’s Night, the hunt will be coming to you.

KAI

You have no idea what I seek, Little One. You don’t know what I had to become to survive three years in prison for a crime I would gladly commit again.

No one can know what I’ve turned into.

I want that hotel, I want to find him, and I want this over.

I want my life back.

But the more I’m around you, the more I realize this new me is exactly who I was meant to be.

So come on, kid. Don’t chicken out. My house is on the hill. So many ways in, and good luck finding your way out.
I’ve seen your hideaway. Time to see mine.

*HIDEAWAY is a romantic suspense suitable for ages 18+. While the romance is a stand-alone, the plot is a continuation of events that began in CORRUPT (Devil's Night, #1). It is strongly recommended that you have read CORRUPT prior to reading this. It is currently on sale for $0.99.

REVIEW:

GAH!!! Penelope Douglas has done it again! Dare I say this novel is even better than CORRUPT (Devil’s Night #1)?!?! I did NOT think that was possible! The horsemen are back and they are ready to play! I tried to savor this book as slowly as possible, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to resist once it landed on my kindle. HIDEAWAY has been a long time coming and it was WORTH EVERY TORTUROUS DAY WE HAD TO WAIT! You can NOT rush this type of perfection! I knew that Kai’s story was going to blow my ever loving mind, but I was NOT prepared in the least for just how much! Kai was every bit as delectable and possessive as I had hoped he would be! And Banks is the quintessential counterpart for Kai and they completely make sense. Their story exceeding ALL my hopes and dreams!

Penelope Douglas has truly outdone herself! Just like CORRUPT, HIDEAWAY is told in dual POV’s and contains both past and present chapters and I swear because of those back and forth chapters, it made me even more hyperaware…every chapter, heck, every encounter had my fingers tingling and my heart racing! Much like Kai and Banks, I was craving the next rush. The suspense was top notch and completely addictive! I literally could feel the adrenaline running through my body while reading! This has been on my list of “highly anticipated novels” since finishing CORRUPT back in Jan 2016 and I was just as consumed by this story (and these characters) as I was with CORRUPT. The outside world did not exist to me once I started reading. I lived and breathed this story like it was my last meal.

The chase. The games. The secrets. The mystery. The stolen moments. The twists. The revelations. The attraction. The push and pull. EVERYTHING was written out to perfection and was flawlessly executed. The whole book you’re just waiting for the other shoe to drop and when it does, boy oh boy, you do not see it coming. I am dying for book 3, KILLSWITCH, which is anticipated to come out sometime in 2018. Just the thought of it sends endorphins through my system. I can’t wait to see where Penelope takes this series. I have no doubt it will be genius. If you have not started this series, DO IT NOW! I promise, you will love it!
