This was a very intriguing read to me.  It was a slightly different take on the battle between good and evil, and actually gave some credence to the "grey" area between the two.  Between Ember, Asher and Cameron - I was a bit confused from the start.  I found myself gasping going "oh, no way", only to find out that in fact, my conclusions were wrong.

Reapers, Angels and Grim Angels.  I almost needn't go on from there.  There was so much possession, trauma and overall emotional mess going on through this story that it was almost hard to keep up with what was mythical and what was plain old human drama.  I actually think it lent to the allure of the story, though.  I was on the edge of my seat through the whole thing wondering what each character was going to end up being in the end.

And the end.  Wow.  Again, I'm a little confused.  Are Ember's best friend and brother only affected by what she is, or are they part of the fight?  For some reason I can see Raven being a Reaper in the end.  What do you think?
